主要從事各類傳動機械如行星減速器、三環(huán)減速器、蝸桿減速器、分度凸輪等產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計與研發(fā)。以211重點高校為背景依托，具有一支高素質(zhì)的研發(fā)隊伍，擁有先進的設(shè)計、測試軟硬件平臺。研究所共承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金、省部級基金項目和企業(yè)委托項目30余項。獲省部級科技一等獎1項，二等獎4項、三等獎4項。
